Information about the processing of booking inquiry data.
Data we process
Name, email, phone, selected apartment, stay dates, guest count, message and consent. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to handle your inquiry and communicate about your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The form also records your consent to processing data for this inquiry.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud and are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to the authorized operator and technical service provider. We do not use inquiry data for automated decisions or marketing.
Retention
You may request deletion of your inquiry or information about data retention using the email above.
Your rights
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability under GDPR, and may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
External services
Google Maps, Booking.com and WhatsApp process data under their own policies. The embedded map loads only when you click to load it.
Cookies and privacy
We do not use form data for marketing. The external map loads only at your request; external services may use their own cookies.
AI may prepare an assistant summary of your inquiry for the host. The host, not AI, decides on your booking.
